Chairman

He is pursuing ACCA/CPA program from Cam-Ed Business School and He graduated a Bachelor’s Degree of Accounting from Institute of Technology and Management in 2006. He has attended numerous local and international training courses. He has experiences more than 20 years in microfinance sector. He has begun his career with one microfinance institution since June 2003 as various positions such as Accountant, Finance Controller, Senior Finance Controller, Deputy Finance Manager and Operation Manager. In January 2014, he worked with Cambodia Community Building (NGO) as General Manager and as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) in VITHEY Microfinance PLC in 2017. He is a founder and as Chairman of VITHEY MICROFINANCE PLC.

HENG CHENG

Vice Chairman

Mr. Heng Cheng as Cambodian and he was born on 02 February 1947. Currently, He serves as Vice Chairman of VITHEY Microfinance Plc., the Board of CCB NGO and Adviser to the Cambodian Christian Brotherhood. He has attended numerous local and international training courses such as Leadership Development, People Management Skill and Christian Scriptures.

Dr. Uong Kimseng is a prominent Cambodian professional born in 1972, currently serving as the Independent Director of Vithey Microfinance Plc. since 2017. With over 27 years of extensive experience in the financial sector, Dr. Kimseng has dedicated more than 17 years to leadership roles in microfinance and leasing, honing a robust skill set in daily business operations, financial oversight, client relations, and human resources development. Throughout his career, Dr. Kimseng has successfully led numerous business ventures and held key leadership positions across various organizations, showcasing his expertise in corporate governance, business process improvement, and budget management. He is also adept in human resource development and market risk analysis, which further underscores his comprehensive understanding of the financial landscape. In addition to his private sector accomplishments, Dr. Kimseng contributed over 7 years to public service, where he developed a strong foundation in leadership and organizational management. His diverse experiences make him a valuable asset in driving sustainable growth and fostering positive change in the financial industry.
